Vivo S1 pro with the name of Vivo V17 has been launched in Russia today with the price range of 22,900 Rubles which is estimated to be around $360 in dollars. The device is set to be launched in other Asian markets in the coming days in the countries like India and Indonesia. Earlier this week the same device was launched in Philippines as Vivo S1 pro.
Though, as a usual market person you might be thinking why a brand is launching its device with different names at different places but for Russia it’s not a surprising thing as Vivo has adapted the same strategy when it rebranded Vivo S1 as V17 Neo in Russia which was launched in august 2019. So it might make some sense to you why the company has done same with Vivo S1 pro y rebranding it as Vivo V17.
Vivo V17 has identical features as S1 pro that is you will get a 6.38-inch screen with dimensions of 1080 x 2340 pixels AMOLED display. The device has a battery of 4500 mAh and an in screen finger print sensor. Vivo V17 has a snapdragon processor fused with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage which is almost identical to S1 Pro.
As far as camera is concerned it is one of the highlights of the device as it is sported with a quad camera at the back and the setup comprises of 48MP primary camera with 8MP ultrawide camera with 2MP macro lens and 2MP depth shooter, the device is available in two colours cloudy blue and frog blue.
