Few days back we wrote an article about the LG new Velvet series which will be launched by the company in the coming time. company has officially announced that it will be launching the Velvet series smartphones on 7th May.
LG have also claimed that the new series smartphones will be more focused on design rather than specs. LG had already launched may feature smartphones in the past which were loaded with features. So as a part of change, the company will be producing more design centric devices.
The company have also released a teaser of the Velvet series, which gave us little snaps about the design of the device. The teaser shows that the device will pose a curved glass design display which will be joined with the edges at the back panel of the device. Also the teaser shows that device will come with waterdrop camera design.
Multiple leaks have also surfaced on the web earlier claiming about the camera design and specs of the device. None of the claims came from authentic sources so we can’t confirm that news. One leak suggests that device will come with a Snapdragon 765 Chipset and will have stylus support. We will have to wait till 7th May to know about the detailed specs and design of Velvet series smartphones. Stay tuned with us for more updates.
